Our number one recommendation?? Do NOT donate or throw any items away! Almost every item left in the home is sellable!
Do not donate or throw away: Clothing, toiletries (new and used!), office supplies, open TP and paper towel rolls, pantry food, and more.
Generally, the only thing we ask of families is to find important personal documents in the home, and to identify and remove items that you or family members will be keeping. Our commission includes helping organize and sort through all other items in the home.
We are generally scheduling out for the next month or further, so the sooner that we can meet for and provide a free consultation, the better.

Marketing
We utilize several avenues of marketing to promote your sale. Digital marketing includes Facebook, Instagram, our private email list, and we also list every sale on local estate sale websites that reach tens of thousands of customers based in your specific area.
Appraising and Pricing
We have been blessed with years of background and knowledge, studying trends in the resale and consumer studies. We price items based off of the trending markets and do extensive research on items to price the appropriately.
Merchandising
Our company has decades of collaborative experience in merchandising. Staging is a huge part of an estate sale to make sure that all items left at the estate are visible for customers to see and purchase.
